Open Distance Learning means you study at home using printed study materials (books) sent by AIOU. No need to attend daily classes. After fee payment and registration, AIOU dispatches printed course books to your registered home address via Pakistan Post. For Matric and FA, AIOU arranges Part-Time Regional Coordinators (PTRCs) in your area who provide tutorial support. You must attend mandatory face-to-face sessions at local PTRCs — typically 4–6 sessions per semester per course. میٹرک اور ایف اے کے لیے AIOU آپ کے علاقے میں پارٹ ٹائم ریجنل کوآرڈینیٹرز (PTRC) مقرر کرتی ہے جو ٹیوٹوریل سپورٹ دیتے ہیں۔ ہر سمسٹر میں فی کورس 4 سے 6 سیشن لازمی ہیں۔

Each course has 2 assignments forming 20–30% of total marks. Write them by hand and post via Registered Mail (Pakistan Post) to your allocated tutor/PTRC address before the deadline. ہر کورس میں 2 اسائنمنٹ ہوتے ہیں جو کل نمبروں کا 20–30% ہیں۔ ہاتھ سے لکھ کر مقررہ آخری تاریخ سے پہلے رجسٹرڈ ڈاک سے ٹیوٹر/PTRC کے پتے پر بھیجیں۔

- Write answers by hand (not typed) on Sheet (Dasta) size paper or AIOU assignment booklets. Use blue/black ink only.
